My litigation and regulatory practice of more than 25 years has emphasized business, environmental, real estate, energy and water law. I have successfully represented major international corporations as well as small local businesses in a large variety of matters including multimillion dollar litigation and business transactions. Based on this experience my practice now focuses primarily on business consultation regarding problem resolution, avoidance, and business development. I have published numerous articles on environmental, business, and water issues, and I have spoken frequently on related topics.
